Nomad Effect – Terms & Conditions PSG Academy Week – Koh Samui, Thailand

These Terms apply to the PSG Academy Week experience organized by Nomad Effect Sàrl, IDE CHE-417.809.012, Rue Daniel-Jeanrichard 28, 2300 La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, in partnership with Maraleina Sports Resort, Koh Samui.
By completing a pre-registration or making a payment, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. The Experience
This package is organized by Nomad Effect in collaboration with Maraleina Sports Resort (accommodation, facilities, football programme) and PSG Academy Samui (coaching).
2. What’s Included
As described on the event page. Unless stated, the following are not included: flights, visas, travel insurance, optional island experiences, and personal expenses.
3. Registration & Booking
pre-registration is free and non-binding. A deposit payment link will be sent by email to secure your place..
4. Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start date.
5. Administrative Fees
Any cancellation or modification may incur a CHF100 administrative fee.
6. Price Adjustments
Prices may be adjusted before departure due to exchange-rate fluctuations, taxes, or supplier cost changes. If any increase exceeds 10% of the total price, you may cancel within 5 days for a full refund.
7. Traveller Responsibilities
Participants must hold valid travel documents and respect programme rules and local laws. Costs resulting from missing or incorrect information remain the traveller’s responsibility.
8. Behaviour, Safety & Special Requirements
Nomad Effect and Maraleina Sports Resort reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, without refund. Parents are responsible for the behaviour of their children outside of supervised camp hours.
To ensure the best possible experience for every child, parents are kindly asked to disclose at the time of registration any medical condition, disability, neurodivergence, or special requirement that may affect their child’s participation or wellbeing during the programme. This information will be treated with full confidentiality and used solely to ensure appropriate support and safety throughout the week. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in limitations to participation, for which Nomad Effect cannot be held responsible.
9. Programme Changes
Nomad Effect and Maraleina Sports Resort reserve the right to adjust the programme for weather, safety, or operational reasons. An equivalent alternative will be provided wherever possible.
10. Cancellation Policy
By Nomad Effect: Full refund of all payments, except in cases of force majeure.
By the Traveller:
- More than 60 days before departure → Full refund minus 100CHF administrative fee
- 60 to 30 days before departure → 50% of total price retained
- Less than 30 days before departure → 80% of total price retained
Bookings may be transferred to another participant up to 30 days before departure, subject to approval.
11. Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain coverage for cancellation, medical expenses, and repatriation.
12. Applicable Law
hese Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
